NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISING OF PLANNING PROPOSAL
Planning and Development Act 2005


Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 3.50 (1a) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Coolgardie has received a development application from IOR for the redevelopment of the Widgiemooltha Roadhouse and Tavern.

Proposal:         Redevelopment of the Widgiemooltha Roadhouse and Tavern

Site:                 Lot No: 124      Suburb: Kingswood Street

Details of the proposal include:

  • Development of a service station (unmanned truck facility plus a light vehicle fuel station);
  • Redevelopment of the Widgiemooltha Tavern;
  • Retaining the existing workforce accommodation including the larger building in the north-west section; and
  • Relocation of existing tanks form the Kingswood Street reserve onto the IOR site.

Plans and documents detailing the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Offices during office hours up to and including 11 March 2025.

Submission and comments on the proposed development may be lodged in writing and should reference the property address. Please submit correspondence on the above proposal on or before the closing date with the undersigned via the following methods.
