The Shire is committed to delivering sustainable waste management services that meet community needs and comply with legislative requirements. Each Residential property within the Shire of Coolgardie can apply for a 240L Waste Bin. Waste collection fees are then included in the Landowners' rates each financial year.

If you need to request a new bin, an additional bin, exchange, or report a damaged, lost, or stolen bin, please complete the relevant online form below.

Please note the following:

• An additional waste collection fee will be charged for each additional waste bin, which covers the additional bin collection for the financial year.
• If your bin is stolen, you must report it to the Police, who will then provide you with a Police Report number. A replacement fee will apply if you fail to deliver a stolen/missing bin report. This should be paid before delivery.
