Propose Unconstructed Road Closure for expansion Kambalda Airport Reserve

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the Shire’s intention to close permanently a portion of unconstructed road reserve to support the expansion of Kambalda Airport Reserve.

The Shire of Coolgardie Council at its meeting on 28 May 2024 resolved to support permanent closure of portion of unconstructed road reserve that are located within the proposed Kambalda Airport Reserve expanded area.

Details of the proposal are available to the public for inspection, during business hours at the fooling locations: -
o Shire Kambalda Office at Irish Mulga Drive, Kambalda West,
o Kambalda Rec Centre & library – Barnes Drive, Kambalda

A copy of the plans and documents are available on the Shire of Coolgardie Website at www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au
Any person wishing to comment on the proposal may submit to the local government in writing on or before the period ending on 16 August 2024 by the following methods.
