PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE – TINDALS ROAD COOLGARDIE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 of the Shire’s intention to close permanently a portion of Tindals Road, Coolgardie.
The Shire of Coolgardie at its meeting on 25 August 2020 Council reiterated its resolution to support permanent closure of portion of Tindals Road.

Details of the proposal are available to the public for inspection, during business hours at the fooling locations: -

o Shire Kambalda Office at Irish Mulga Drive, Kambalda West,
o Kambalda Rec Centre & library – Barnes Drive, Kambalda

A copy of the plans and documents are available on the Shire of Coolgardie Website at www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au
Any person wishing to comment on the proposal may submit to the local government in writing on or before the period ending on 17 January 2024 by the following methods.
