Notice of Adoption of Waste Amendment Local Law

The Shire of Coolgardie Waste Amendment Local Law 2022 will come into effect on 25 March 2022.

 The purpose of the local law is to amend the Shire of Coolgardie Waste Local Law 2020 to delete clause 2.7(c) which is replicated in clause 3.1(a) and to correct references to clauses in Schedule 2. The effect is that the Shire of Coolgardie Waste Local Law 2020 is amended.

 The local law may be inspected and copies obtained from the Shire offices at Irish Mulga Drive, Kambalda and Sylvester Street, Coolgardie WA 6429 or viewed on its website at www.coolgardie.wa.gov.au.
