Expression of Interest (EOI) - Café Lease

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Coolgardie is seeking Expression of Interests (EOI) for the leasing of Portion (61m²) of Lot 101 Barnes Drive, Kambalda West, located within the Kambalda Community Recreation Facility.

Lessor: Shire of Coolgardie

Purpose: Café

Term: 3 years

Consideration: $8,000 per annum (+GST)

Market Valuations: Between $8,000 and $10,000 per annum (+GST)

In accordance with section 3.58 (3), the Shire of Coolgardie invites any interested party to submit an Expression of Interests (EOI) regarding this proposed disposal by the 14 October 2023.
