Taking Requests: How the Shire is better serving our community.

Did you know you can submit requests straight to the Shire?

In 2021 we implemented our Customer Service Portal to better serve every member of our community – prioritising transparency, accountability, and responsibility with our community.

This portal enables residents and ratepayers to submit and track service requests online. You can report any matter relating to a Shire service or asset, including:

  • Maintenance or repairs on damaged footpaths or roads
  • Maintenance or repairs in a park or reserve.
  • Suggest improvements for a park or reserve.
  • Graffiti or vandalism.
  • Illegal dumping or waste that needs to be collected.
  • Report a dog, cat, or other animal.
  • Report a fallen tree or branch.
  • Report a traffic matter or road safety issue.

You can report an issue by logging into the Customer Service Portal, accessible via the Shire of Coolgardie Website or Coolgardie Shire Council - Customer Portal. You can then select a category for your issue, either by searching or browsing popular topics, selecting a location, providing a brief description, and then submitting your request.

You can then opt in for email notifications to be updated as your request gets processed by Shire staff.
