Brianna and Liam set up some Rainbow themed activities in the Kambalda Community Library for the Playgroup Kids to come and enjoy.
There were lots of bright happy smiles as the kids wondered in to see a sensory table set up with colorful molding clay for them to get creative with. Some ziplock bags filled with different colored paints to play with and mix around to create more colors. This was a hit for the younger ones who had so much fun smooshing the bags between their fingers as they watched the paint colors change before their eyes.
On the other table the kids had so much fun creating their own rainbow picture collage using lots of colored tissue paper, glue and cotton balls for the final touches, putting them down the bottom of the rainbow as the clouds.
To finish off the Rainbow themed morning the kids sat down at our coloring in table located in the Kambalda Community Library and colored in some pictures to take home along with their Rainbows to show their families.
