We had a wonderful response from the community at our first NDIS Online Service Sessions in Coolgardie and Kambalda. The sessions provided a valuable opportunity for attendees to ask questions about the NDIS, learn how to navigate the portal and app, and connect with NDIA representatives. The interactive format allowed participants to gain hands-on experience, ensuring they feel confident in managing their NDIS plans online.
The NDIA representatives were on hand to provide live demonstrations, answer specific queries, and offer personalised support.
Many attendees found the information packs particularly useful, as they contained step-by-step guides and tips for using the My NDIS portal and app effectively.
These sessions are part of our ongoing commitment to empower NDIS participants, nominees, and representatives with the tools and knowledge they need to access support services seamlessly. We are thrilled to see such enthusiasm and engagement from the community, and we look forward to hosting more sessions in the future.
