Wednesday 16, April 2025 the Kambalda Community Recreation Facility was filled with laughter, creativity, and Easter magic as families gathered for our much-anticipated Shire of Coolgardie Easter Craft Morning. The event brought together children, parents, and staff for a few hours of festive fun—and a very special surprise!
Tables were bursting with color as little hands got busy making Easter crafts, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying their time together.
But the highlight of the morning came when a very special guest hopped in to say hello—the Easter Bunny himself! Children squealed with delight as the bunny handed out chocolate eggs and posed for photos. The surprise visit added an extra sprinkle of joy to an already magical day. The Easter Bunny even made a special trip over to the Shire Admin Building to surprise Staff with Chocolate eggs.
We’d like to say a big thank you to all who came along, to the Staff who helped bring the event to life, and of course to the Easter Bunny for making time in his busy schedule to visit us.
Events like this remind us how special our community is. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
