Stories, Songs and Play! Join us for a "Messy Sensory Play and Storytime", held once a month in a new storytime format.
Monday Mornings in the Kambalda Public Library are full of fun activities for our littlest community members.
Join the Kambalda Library staff and Parenting Coordinator Bev from Parenting Connection WA for a sensory and messy storytime fun filled Morning.
Children get to join in reading interactive stories, sing songs, explore shapes, experiment with squidgy paint, play dough and more.
Encouraging children to use one or more of the senses, including sight, sound, smell, touch, taste, balance, and movement, offers numerous developmental benefits. From language enrichment to motor and social skills - sensory play is engaging, fun and even calming for some children.
Cost: $ 2.00 per child
Suitable for children aged 0 - 5 years
