The Coolgardie "Thank a Volunteer Sundowner" on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, was a great success with 50 volunteers attending.
The event was a way to show appreciation for our volunteers who help in the community. Volunteers had the chance to relax and think about all the good work they’ve done. Sitting around the fire, they shared stories and laughter, making the night enjoyable and special. There were plenty of refreshments and food, which added to the enjoyment of the evening.
This event not only thanked the volunteers for their hard work but also brought the community closer together. The success of the sundowner shows how important it is to recognize and celebrate those who help make our community a better place.
