The Shire of Coolgardie is in search of a Quantity Surveyor/Projects Officer to join our team on a full time basis. This role presents the opportunity to engage in projects of varying sizes.

Skills and Experience
Applicants must possess the following key requirements:-
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Full Australian Working Rights
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience;
- Cost estimating and Project Cost Planning
- Measurements of Bills and Quantities
- Proven client and consultant interaction experience
- Excellent time management and the ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proactive, problem solver and ability to work autonomously
The salary package for this role is in the vicinity of $90,000.00 to $98,000.00 plus superannuation.
